Aims and scope: 
A specialised option for Masters students of one semester. This covers the history of the EU budget, its sources of revenue (own resources), multiannual financial frameworks, annual budgets, budgetary procedures, spending policies like agriculture, cohesion and competitiveness, and the debate over reform to the budget.
